Sage 200 Stock Plus

Sage 200 Stock Plus provides additional stock management software for Sage 200.  It extends standard Sage 200 stock functionality to allow wholesale and retail businesses to quickly and easily manage their stock.  It is particularly beneficial to organisations that need to manage large numbers of variant stock items, e.g. DIY, golf, art, tyre or clothes stores.  If you are looking for a retail or wholesale inventory management system, Sage 200 with our Sage 200 Stock Plus will give you full control over your merchandise, whatever you sell.

As well as having Sage product matrix and stock hierarchy functionality, Stock Plus provides effective warehouse/store management, ensuring that you always have sufficient stock.  And with our barcoding facility, you can easily manage and print barcodes.

Main Features & Benefits

  • Easy to use – Extends standard Sage 200 functionality so no in-depth training is required on additional complex screens.

Sage Product Matrix

  • Effectively manage large numbers of stock items – Having a large number and variety of merchandise can be a difficult process to control.  Sage 200 Stock Plus makes it easy to manage a large number of variant items using Stock Hierarchy as well as the 3 dimensional product matrix.  A DIY store or a golf shop may set up a stock hierarchy as follows (click images to enlarge):
  • Rapid creation of stock items – Grid-style screen allows for rapid creation of variant merchandise in the required dimensions (e.g. size, colour, style).  This means at the click of a button, potentially hundreds of stock items can be created in Sage 200.
  • Create multiple lines with one click – Add potentially hundreds of lines to an order with one click.  If for example, 100 lines are to be entered, Stock Plus would save the user about 20 minutes, compared to entering them individually.
  • Ideal for use in telesales – Improves efficiency of telesales executives, as fast order entry ensures that staff spend less time entering orders and more time taking them!  Can also be used in conjunction with our Sage 200 Sales Order Plus, which has been specifically designed for use in telesales environments, to make order entry as fast as possible.

Warehouse/Store Management

  • Replenish stock levels – Allows branches to send requests to transfer merchandise from head office when levels get below a specified amount.  This ensures that there is always enough stock at each warehouse/store.
  • Transfer multiple items – Stock Plus makes stock movements easy by allowing multiple items to be transferred between locations.  A ‘transit’ location means merchandise can be accounted for when being distributed to a different location.

 

Barcoding

  • Multiple, unique barcodes per stock item- Stock Plus allows each stock item to be set up with multiple unique barcodes, either to be used purely for printing purposes or in conjunction with a handheld device.
  • Use manufacturer/supplier codes – Transfer manufacturer or supplier codes into the system and relate them to internal stock codes.
  • Integrate with Sage POS – Updates stock items with correct barcodes.
