Meet The Team

Eureka Solutions have a diverse and varied workforce who work closely together to ensure we respond to the business requirements of our existing and potential customers.


Led by our Process and Staff Development Manager, Alyson McMenemy, our Admin Team are responsible for keeping our ship sailing smoothly.


They take on a variety of business administration tasks from co-ordinating our projects – ensuring we have the right consultants, and resources to complete every project effectively, to monitoring our customer contracts to accounting.


Our Admin Team also look after the welfare of our staff, identifying key opportunities for every team to learn and grow within their respective fields.


Our multi award winning team of in house developers specialise in creating bespoke enhancements tailored to your unique business requirements.


Our Development Team is led by our Technical Director, David Lindores, who joined Eureka Solutions as a Junior Developer when he left university and most of the team also joined the company as graduates or apprentices.


The team work hard to develop our in-house products such as Cloud Data Exchange and our Eureka Addons, as well as creating bespoke customisations to NetSuite and Sage 200 to ensure our customers get the best out of their systems.


The implementation team at Eureka Solutions work closely with our customers to ensure that the solutions they purchase have the functionality they require to meet their needs.


With our Senior Project Manager, Michael Hall at the helm, the Implementation Team touch base with the customer at every stage of the implementation process, from initial contact to data migration to go live.


Our team has recently welcomed some new graduates who have joined our experienced team of consultants and product specialists who provide a quality service to our customers.


Led by our Sales Director, Aileen Primrose, the Sales Team not only take on the role of selling our products and services to potential customers, but also manage our relationships with our existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied with their solutions.


They identify opportunities to increase the functionality of their systems and work closely with all the teams in the organisation to ensure that our customers have access to the information they need, when and where they need it.


They also work closely with our marketing department to share stories of the issues being faced by potential customers and the topical concerns in each industry we specialise in.


The Support Team are on hand to support our customers with any issues they are experiencing with their systems.


Led by Support Team Leader, Ronnie Meldrum, they play a vital role in ensuring we provide the stellar customer service and 97% customer satisfaction we are known for.


The team tackle each case with the utmost care and attention, ensuring the customer is always kept up to date and that a solution to their issue is identified and executed as quickly as possible.
